- ?.##The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp, Montgomery, Alabama intends to issue a solicitation RFQ31101-0008-7 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - DRY GOODS GROCERIES (General Line Groceries Merchant Wholesalers). The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin July 2, 2007 and ends July 16, 2007. Deliveries will be made to Federal Prison Camp, Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, Alabama 36112. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 29, 2007 and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 13, 2007. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
