- This synopsis is for two NSNs: 9150-00-698-2382, Hydraulic Fluid, Automatic Transmission; Unit can contains 1 quart, and is in accordance with the following: QAP 13873 QAP-004 REFNO AMEND NR A DTD 04/27/04, IAW STD NR MIL-STD-290F BASIC AMEND NR F, QPL Applies; & 9150-01-353-4799, Hydraulic Fluid, Automatic Transmission; Unit can contains 1 quart, and is in accordance with the following: QAP 13873 QAP-004 REFNO AMEND NR A DTD 04/27/04, IAW STD NR MIL-STD-290F BASIC AMEND NR F. QPL Applies. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with EPA with one base year plus two option years. EPA will be at 150% per memorandum for record issued by the Deputy Director Aviation Supplier Operations. Solicitation will not contain progress payments. Surge & Sustainment is required for both NSN?s. For 9150-00-698-2382, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 104,640 qt for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 26,160 qt. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 159,960 qt for the base and option years. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 26,160/52,230. DLA Direct deliveries will be to Line 0001-New Cumberland, PA(SNG), Line 0002-Tracy,CA(AQ5), and Line 0003 DPMS shipments. For 9150-01-353-4799, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 187,260 qt for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 46,815 qt. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 280,890 qt for the base and option years. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 46815/93630. DLA Direct deliveries will be to Line 0004-New Cumberland, PA(SNG), Line 0005-Tracy,CA(AQ5), and Line 0006 DPMS shipments. . Solicitation will be issued under the procedures of Full & Open Competition as Unrestricted. Both NSNs are non-commercial items. For NSN: 9150-00-698-2382, FOB is Destination, with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination for Line 0001 and 0002. FOB is Origin, with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin for Line 0003(DPMS). For NSN: 9150-00-698-2382, FOB is Destination, with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination for Line 0004 and 0005. FOB is Origin, with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin for Line 0006(DPMS). MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. Quantity Variance is plus 10% or minus 10%. Required delivery schedule is 30 days aro for both NSN?s. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. These items are critical application items, but are not Critical Safety Items(CSI), per SAP as of 05/22/2007. The solicitation will be issued on 06/13/07 with a closing date of 07/06/07. Synopsis on Fed Biz Ops will occur on 05/29/2007 for a period of 15 days.
