- Pr Number: IDT07102009026 FSC: 5305 various Nomenclature: Competitive Screws RFP Due Date: July 13, 2007 This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures. This procurement is for 308 Core Items and 2618 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5305-00-005-0654. This procurement is for a two year base. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Some drawings are required and can be obtained on CD rom from the Contracting Officer upon request. Delivery is as follows: 300 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional years. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) tems. All items are QSL. Price and past performance are of equal value. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
