- Description
- This is a notice of the Governments intents to award a sole source purchase order to Coastal Defense Inc, 155 Orchard Hill Lane, Mill Hall, PA, for the service of Imagery Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) to provide ISR coverage with streaming full motion video (FMV)from a single engine aircraft equipped with a forward looking infrared sensor ball. Aircraft must be capable of a data link radio. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested persons may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications to the Government point of contact.
