- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a sole source contract to Foster Products, Inc., P.O. Box 730, Batavia, OH 45103, to purchase 7,000 each Crew Access Unit Mount Front Assemblies; 7,000 each Crew Access Unit Mount Rear Assemblies; and 100 each Crew Access Unit Mount Assemblies. These items meet the Government's requirements in that they are combat proven and are currently installed in Government vehicles that have gone through the Government's integration line and quality assurance processes. Due to the urgent nature of this acquisition and the aggressive production and fielding schedule for the Government's Program, Foster Products has designed an acceptable material solution/schedule. An Indefinite Delivery, Definite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price type contract, with a base year and two option periods, is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999 and the size standard is 500 employees.
