- Provide two custom made steel ramps for Building 198. 2 RAMPS EACH 1. Ramp must be designed as a self supporting ramp, the dock cannot be used to support the ramp. Provide safety chains and dock mounted chain bracket for attachment to dock. 2. 40,000 # capacity. 3. Painted steel construction with 2" steel grating. 4. 120" overall width, 114" usable width. 5. 5/16" thick by 8" steel curbs on ramp. 6. 36'-0" long with 6'-0" level off at top of ramp. 7. 42" dock height. 8. Provide delivery and off loading services to Charleston, SC. Point of delivery is building 198, former Charleston Naval Shipyard. Provide 48 hours notice prior to delivery. 9. Delivery required by July 20, 2007. 10. Provide shop drawings for government approval prior to fabrication. Questions should be directed via email to aggie.ricks@navy.mil.
