- This modification is issued to change paragraph two (2) of Section 1 "Overview" to read as follows: "The contractor shall be a factory authorized dealer for all equipment supplied, and all work shall be performed by factory certified engineers/technicians. In addition, the contractor shall be a factory authorized Tandberg dealer." contractor must have local support facilities and capabilities for on-going service and support to the government." The response date is also hereby extended to May 24th. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
