- OBJECTIVE: The Contractor shall remove all gas from fuel tank and clean bilge tank, to include spaces and voids, in accordance with the terms of this statement of work. DESCRIPTION OF VESSEL The vessel is approximately 60-6 ft. long, 23 ft. wide and has a 6 ft. loaded draft. The vessel will be dry-docked at Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance for this project is 20 Calendar Days from date of contract award. Normal business hours at Ensley Engineer Yard are 0630-1700 Monday through Thursday. Contractor hours may be adjusted. If alternate hours are requested, this must b e specified in the contractors proposal. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: The complete solicitation is attached. The solicitation must be fully read, completed, signed and returned to this office no later than 01 June 07, 1600hrs, CST to be eligible for consideration and award.
