- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Air conditioning system consists of Smardt model 150.2 condenserless chiller with two (2) model TVC air cooled condensers and four pumps (two series 1510 centrifugal pumps for 200 GPM min at 30 Foot of head, one series 1510 centrifugal pump for 395 GPM min at 30 foot of head and one series 60 centrifugal pump for 54 GPM at 20 foot of head). Requested delivery is 8-12 weeks. This installation intends to solicit from and award to Advanced Comfort Systems, authorized local Smardt Inc. representative. Justification and approval is available in the contracting office. In order to be eligible for award, contractor must be certified in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must ha ve completed/current Onlien Certifications and Representations (ORCA). Information is available at www.ccr.gov. FOB Watervliet Arsenal. DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, Unique Item Identification and Valuation, applies to this requirement.
