Description

Invitation for Bid, Sealed Bid (Issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside) is for comercial construction services to Furnish/install fused disconnect switches, electrical panels, temporary lighting,3-way switches,quad outlets,exhaust fans and louvers to include motor starters. Provide all conduits, power cabling, control wires, grounding and all necessary materials required for a complete electrical installation in Buildings 9010, 9011, 9029, 9031, 9034, 9036, 9037, and 9400, Evans Area, Fort Monmout h NJ,IAW SCOPE of Work,and Government DRWGS. The above will be in accordance with Government Drawings. Request for copies of Gov't drawings and Solicitation are available and should addressed to Mr.Art Greenspan, via e-mail, to Arthur.Greenspan@mail1.monmo uth.army.mil. When requesting the Solicitation and DRGWS please include your companies name, complete address, (NO PO BOX #s) your FED EX NUMBER, TEl #. and FAX Nu mber, with your e-mail request to Mr. Greenspan. Please be advised that the CERTS and REPS a nd Offer Guarantee will be required at time of Bid Opening on 25 June 2007,at 2PM. The Site Visit is on 11 June 2007, all contractors must be processed thru Control Visitors Trailer, Oceanport,Fort Monmouth, NJ NLT 9 AM. The magnitude for this effort is $1 00,000.00-$250,000.00) IAW FAR 36.204. Contract Award is subject to the availablity of funds. The period of performance for this effort is 120 days. Liqudated Damages will be assessed at $100 per day for any unauthorized schedule overruns. The contractor w ill be required to provide a construction performance schedule, (MS Project Format) and a Schedule Of Values for Progress Payments prior to the start of work.
