- Description
- The Oregon Air National Guard located at Kingsley Field ANG Base, Klamath Falls, Oregon is soliciting for removal of existing carpet and floor coverings and replacement with one of the following materials: carpet, rubber interlocking tiles, sheet vin yl, 12 mm laminate and or porcelain tile in multiple buildings. The Magnitude of construction for this project is estimated at $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. The performance period of the contract is 59 calendar days. NACIS code for this procurement is 238350. Small Business Size Standard for this NACIS is 13 Million. Contractors shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration to receive an award. A tour of the site will be held on June 6, 2007 at the Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls , Oregon at 9:00 am local time. Bid opening will be conducted on June 27, 2007 at 11:00 am at the USPFO for Oregon located at 1776 Militia Way, Salem, Oregon. Bids must be submitted prior to bid opening; late bids will not be considered for award. Award will be made to the low, responsive bidder based on the lowest aggregate amount for the base bid item. N o plans or specifications outside what is provided in the solicitation are available. Davis Bacon wage determinations apply to this project.
