- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard intends to award a contract to Flir Systems, North Billerica, MA for the repair of 4 each flir systems. The contract will be awarded as a Not To Exceed 4 each repairs. Vendors must be approved to make repairs on the equipment listed above. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. There is no technical data package for this requirement. Simplified Acquisition Procedures w ill be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement NLT 1300, 25 May 2007.
