- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In this effort the government is seeking to acquire contractor support in order to provide required facilitation and gaming support for J8/SAGD. It is anticipated the contract will have a 11 months base year and four 12 months option years. The contract line items, period of performance, date of delivery, applicable contract clauses and performance work statement are contained in the RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11.
