- This is the 2nd modification of the combined synopsis / solicitation, W9124Q-07-R-351B01, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The change is : correcting the subject to read Directional Talon Moving Stationary Corded Handle with upgrades, warranties and a Golden Eagle II Dual DCM Antenna with warranties and Prolaser II carrying case and warranties and correcting the solicitation number to read W9124Q-07-R-351B01. White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) has a requirement for 11 part number CRS1671 Directional Talon movng stationary corded handle fastest same direction I R Remote with upgrade to directional with two year warranty. 11 each additional one year warranties for the Directional Talon, 6 each part number CRS57 Golden Eagle II Dual DCM Antenna with the two year warranty, 6 each additional one year warranties for the Golden Eagle II, 6 each CRS1700 Prolaser III with Carrying Case with the one year warranty upgraded to Cordless, 6 each additional 2nd and 3rd year warranties. Digital eyewitness system needs to be brand name or its equal and will interface with the existing radar devices previously provided by Kustom Signal Inc specificatio ns. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. Award will be made to a single offeror. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The contract type will be firm fixed price. Payment will be ma de by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), if you are not registered in CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualifi ed. Award will be made FOB White Sands Missile Range. EVALUATION CRITERIA / PROCEDURES: Reference: FAR clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically responsive and responsible offeror. Quotes will b e evaluated on price related factors and ability to meet the specifications of the synopsis/solicitation.
