- This is a Sources Sought Notice for a Microwave Radio Link 23 GHz with Antennas. The Army Contracting Agency, White Sands Missile Range, Directorate of Contracting is seeking industrial capability and input from interested parties prior to issuing a synopsis under NAICS code 517910. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit clear and convincing evidence that they meet all the requirements and specifications as follows. 1) The Microwave Radio must meet all t he requirements on the attached microwave requirements Specification Sheet.
