- Description
- The Full Food Service requirement is being issued pursuant to the Randolph-Sheppard Act under the Maryland business enterprise program with Maryland State License agency for the Blind. The requirement will be competed against SBA 8(a)firms and the S tate License Agency for the Blind. The award will be made based on the Randolph-Sheppard Act procedures (regulation on AR 210-25 section 6 paragraph 7(b)). The CLASS CODE: [S] represents Federal Supply Class S203--FOOD SERVICE. This requirement has limited competition to eligible 8(a)firms in the geographical area of Virginia, and Maryland as stated in the SBA letter. FAR 19.804-2(a)(5).
