- This sources sought notice is issued for the planning purpose of creating multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the leasing of vehicles. Contractor must be a Small Business under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 532120. The vehicles are required at Fort Carson, Colorado, 80913. The vehicle types include: 15-17 Box Trucks, Mid Size Sedans, Full Size Sedans, Mini Vans (7, 12, and 15 passenger), 4X4 Pickups, 4X2 Pickups, Mid Size Sports Utility Vehicles, Full Size Sports Utility Vehicles, and Cargo Vans. Each vehicle leasing requirement will be competed among the vehicle leasing BPA holders. This sources sought notice should not be construed as a commitment or authorization to incur costs in anticipation of such Bl anket Purchase Agreement. To be eligible for BPA, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at https://www.ccr.gov. No Exceptions. A DUNS (Dun a nd Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. To be eligible for BPA, contractor must be registered in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application), https://orca.bpn.gov. To request the Interested Parties response packet please co ntact Shariyun Alberty at shariyun.alberty@us.army.mil. Packets include: Statement of Work, BPA Clauses, Pricing Sheet, and Fort Carsons Vehicle leasing Past history. The last day to request a packet is June 11, 2007 at 3:00pm MDT.
