- Pre-Solicitation Notice. Solicitation No. FA5685-07-R-0009. This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation, Runway Rubber Removal and Paint Removal/Paint Striping (Project No. LJYC 07-1010). All potential offerors must submit the attached Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Reservation Form to this office identifying the company name, address, phone number, fax, email, and solicitation point of contact. This information shall be submitted no later than 1500hrs on 24 May 2007. E-mails only will be accepted. Those interested offerors not present at the upcoming Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit (a firm date still to be determined [TBD]) shall not be considered for award nor shall a proposal received be considered responsive. Parties not previously identified and listed per the above request shall not be allowed entry to the pre-proposal conference/site visit. **All Pre-Preposal Conference/Site Visit reservation forms previously submitted prior to postponement of original announcement will be used for this reservation, unless notice is otherwise received. Any interested parties who do not submit the above requested information by the above stated cut-off date will be responsible for making their own arrangements with Turkish Air Force (TuAF) Pass & ID officials for obtaining access to Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION.
