- This is the second amendment to this solicitation to clarify the specifics added with the first amendment. The following to be added to this solicitation: SPECIFICS: Voltage must be 120/208; 3 Phase; 100KW output; Must have battery; Must have battery charger; Must be skid mounted; Must have a circuit breaker; Must be under 85 dBa for sound reduction; TYPE OF METAL ENCLOSURE DOES NOT MATTER; Must have a remote annunciator for alarms; Must have at least a 1 year warranty. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F2VTCD7088A100, and is a brand name or equivalent requirement. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 335312, Motor and Generator Manufacturing, the size standard of which is 1,000 employees (Not to exceed). For the purpose of bidding on Federal contracts that are set aside for small business, the concern must self-certify to be a small business under the appropriate size standard set forth in this synopsitation. The size of the concern at the time of self-certification prevails for that contract. A concern may grow above the size standard before or after award without loss of eligibility to perform on that contract. DESCRIPTION: 100KW Generator. REQUIREMENTS: 1 each: Perkins Powered 100KW 3 Phase Diesel Generator, Super Sound Proof Model 09153. 1 each: 100 Gallon Subbase Fuel Tank, compatible with before mentioned Generator. 1 each: Two Wire Auto Start Control, compatible with before mentioned Generator. 1 each: 400 Amp 3 Phase Automatic Transfer Switch, compatible with before mentioned Generator.
