- Description
- The mission of the 95th Mission Support Group, Logistics Readiness Division, is to provide top quality, customer-oriented, Base Supply, Fuels and Logistics Materiel Control Activity (LMCA) services, hereinafter referred to as "supply services", to the civilian (government and contractor) and military workforce of the Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) and associate units supported via the Interservice/Intergovernmental Support Agreement (ISA) process. The objective of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to provide AFFTC with efficient and effective performance-based supply services by a highly-qualified, fully trained, professional, and dedicated workforce. To this end, the contractor shall execute established procedures outlined in Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 23-110, Volume 1 through 9 (USAF Supply Manual), Air Force Instruction (AFI) 23-201 (Fuels Management), and Air Force Materiel Command Instruction (AFMCI) 23-201 (LMCA Operation Instruction), in a manner that ensures best use of resources in support of assigned missions. The contractor must continuously keep abreast of, and implement, all technical changes and upgrades to standard systems in order to ensure mission readiness. Unless otherwise specified, all chapter references contained in this PWS apply to AFMAN 23-110, Volume 2, Part 2. With the exception of the items/services specified as being government-furnished in Section III hereof, the contractor shall provide all resources (labor and materials) to perform the supply services described within this PWS in a manner that meets the objectives stated herein. Under directions from HQ USAF, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) is presently exploring the feasibility of centralizing the supply functions of Stock Control, MICAP, Records Maintenance, Equipment Management, and Computer Support from base level to one command-regional center. Should a final decision be rendered to centralize, any changes to the PWS as a result of centralized functions will be accomplished IAW with contract terms and conditions.
