- Description
- This action is 100% set-aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) NAICS 236220. An eligible SEDB concern is a small business concern expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program and in good standing with the Small Business Administration at the time of award. Certification documents are required for award consideration. Work includes, but is not limited to: a new modular administration building, site work and parking lot, electrical system, mechanical system and other associated upgrades. There will be one Government option for installation of a Government provided Engine Generator with contractor provided shelter and updated electrical distribution system. Offerors are required to demonstrate similar previous experience. Range of Construction is anticipated to be less than $1,000,000.00. Anticipated performance time is 240 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The ATCT is a critical, 24 hour / 7 day per week facility. Contract personnel on site may be required to pass security processing prior to entrance to the facility. Solicitation package will be available on or about June 11, 2007.
