- This project is for the design and construction of the Verde Ranger Station. Work includes:Demolition of existing buildings, utilities and site features; Professional design of site improvements and utilities (utilities, grading, drainage, sidewalks, roads, parking, landscaping, lighting, fencing, signing and miscellaneous site amenities); Professional design of three buildings with a floor area or approximately 21,650 sq ft floor area, Office (approximately 7,520 sq.ft.), Warehouse/Shop/Fire Building (approximately 13,650 sq.ft), Horse Shelter (approximately 480 sq.ft), Construction of site improvements, utilities and buildings resulting from design. Work will be according to conceptual drawings and design prospectus furnished by the Government and construction drawings prepared by the Contractor under the design portion of this contract. Work will be according to performance specifications in this solicitation and prepared under the design portion of this contract. Drawings, specifications and subsequent construction will result in a complete and finished product. All design work for new construction must be prepared by registered professionals and approved by the Government prior to the onset of construction. The project site is current Verde Ranger Station, in Camp Verde, Arizona, Yavapai County. The physical address is 300 East Highway 260. The site is at elevation 3100 ft.
