Source control applies. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for 82 each, 126 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open, more than one source, intended sources Cage 05236, Cage 83508. Note 23 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
