- Solicitation number SPM4A707R1140, Personnel Parachute Back Harness, NSN 1670-00-943-3024, P/N 65K1533-101. This is QPL item. Only approved sources listed in QPL-6645 will be considered. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, estimated annual demand of 2460 for each of 5 years, FOB destination, inspection/acceptance at origin, unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. There are textile testing and government first article requirements. The delivery requirements are 60 days for the textile testing, 90 days after textile testing approval for the first article and 244 days after FAT approval for the production quantities.
