Description: The Technology Applications Program Office has a requirement for the development of a Test Program Set (TPS) to be utilized with the USM-670 Joint Service Electronic Combat Tester (JSECST) on the MH-47G Special Operations Aircraft. This TPS, 1 each, requires delivery in April 2008 to Ft. Campbell, KY. The Government does not have the computer/data rights to permit full and open competition. Firms that recognize and can produce this TPS are requested to identify themselves to the contracting office. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, intended source is AAI Corporation, 124 Industry Lane, Hunt Valley, MD 21030-3342. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Note 22 applies.
