- On behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency / Missile & Space Intelligence Center, the Virginia Contracting Activity has the requirement to purchase the annual license/maintenance renewal for the Digital Library Input Processing System (DLIPS)software. The intent is to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for the period of performance of 01 June 2007 through 31 May 2008 for the required maintenance. Interested offerors must respond not later than close of business on 23 May 2007. Award shall be made to the lowest price quote on 24 May 2007.
