Description

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 583 BOMA rentable square feet of office space, for occupancy by the US Department of Labor (DOL) for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence December 29, 2007. First consideration will be given to the Central Business District of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The delineated area is the City Limits of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries, other alternative sites, including build to suit, will be considered. If applicable, all costs associated with the relocation of furniture, telecommunications, replications, and other move-related items will be added to prospective offers for the purpose of evaluation. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
