- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 7857 square feet of light industrial space and 3783 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office space in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The spaces shall be contiguous. The requirement also includes 22 parking spaces. LEASE TERM: Ten years (10) with termination rights in whole or in part by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: Point of Beginning: Corner of Becks Run Road and East Carson Street, West on East Carson to the 10th Street Bridge, North on the 10th Street Bridge to 2nd Avenue, East on 2nd Avenue to the Hot Metal Street Bridge, South on the Hot Metal Bridge to East Carson Street, South on East Carson Street to Becks Run Road.
