- Description
- Rental of Conference Facilities, including meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, and some meals and refreshments. Lodging, to include standard rooms and suites, will be required for approximately 458 room nights. Conference facilities required from 25 Oct 2007 - 03 Nov 2007 on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. This requirement is unrestricted and will be solicited using commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $6M. A single award will be made. The solicitation will be available on or around 30 May 2007. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy at www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors shall frequently monitor that site for any amendments issued to the RFQ. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted quotes and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may rende r your quote nonresponsive and result in rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
