Description

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a firm fixed-price contract for monitoring the performance of the Nimbus Fish Hatchery in Rancho Cordova CA by conducting salmon escapement surveys in the 12.9 mile reach of the lower American River between Nimbus Dam and the Watt Avenue Bridge. The proposed contract will be for one base year and four option years. The NAICS Code is: 541710. This procurement is full and open competition. Solicitation 07SC20143 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about June 5, 2007. The date for receipt of proposals will be approximately June 1, 2007. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
