****Line Item 0004 of Solicitation W9126G-07-T-0146 is changed from installing one Fishing dock to installing two Fishing docks. In addition, the proposal due date is extended to 24-May-2007 from 22-May-2007. This notice serves as a synopsis for the upcoming solicitation number W9126G-07-T-0146 for the purchase of one Courtesy and one Fishing dock for Proctor Lake (Installation is an optional line item). Proctor Lake is located at 2180 Highway 2861, Comanche, TX 76442. Deliverables such as drawings, plans, bid schedules and other requirements are called out in the official solicitation forthcoming. Contractor is to provide all equipment required to furnish specified supplies and products at Proctor Lake. Con tractors work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all planning, scheduling, administration, inspection and management necessary to accomplish the required. The proposed contract type is a firm-fixed price purchase order. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on Delivery commitment and past performance. Past performance will be significant ly more important than price. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be available on or about 11 May 2007. The anticipated award date is 23 May 2007.
