Washer (MS27183-18), bracket and packed in a wood shipping box. the parts are formed and machined from various graded of steel, 1018-1025 and phosphate finished applied. NSN: 5180-01-204-2703, Part Number 12312413, The item to procure is a Turret Mec Tool Kit. Requirements are 4 each Turret Mech Tool Kit. FOB is Dest ination. For use on the M1/M1A1 Abrams Tank. Estimated issue date is 6 July 2007. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm This will result in a 5 year IDIQ type contract. The guaranteed quantity is 4 each. The minimum order is 4 each. The maximum order is 15. The total for the life of the contract 100. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
