- Description
- The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for Occupational Health Services. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform the service. Contract must be board certified/board Elig ible Occupational Medicine Physician in accordance with criteria established by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Must be able to provide the services throughout the State of New Mexico by either having locations in the major cities such as Las Cruces/El Paso, Santa Fe and Albuquerque or by having a mobile unit to travel to the places necessary. The NAIC is 621340. The solicitation will be available on or about the 30 May with a closing date for quotes due by 15 June 2007. The solicitation will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry at http://acquisition.army.mil. The government award will be based on the best value with the evaluation factors to be set forth in the solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registration in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR registration is www.c cr.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
