- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to Incident Control Systems, DBA: ICS Technologies of Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. The contract will be for the rental of a 80' - 100' portable tower, mounted on an enclosed trailer. The tower will have a 12 volt motor to raise and lower the tower which will include a rotor. The contract will also include pick up and delivery charges. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Further information can be provided if need be.
