Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) has a requirement for 11 P/N CRS1671 Directional Talon movng stationary corded handle fastest, same direction, I/R Remote with upgrade to directional w ith two year warranty; 11 additional one year each warranties for the Directional Talon; 6 P/N CRS57 Golden Eagle II Dual DCM Antenna with the two year warranty; 6 additional one year each warranties for the Golden Eagle II; 6 CRS1700 Prolaser III with Carrying Case with the one year warranty upgraded to Cordless; 6 additional 2nd and 3rd year each warranties. Brand name and compatible to Kustom Signals, Inc. or its equal. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. Award will be made to a single offeror. The applicable NAICS code is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The contract type will be firm fixed price. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. If you are selected, you must be r egistered in the Central Contractors Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), if you are not registered in CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified.
