- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Program applies to this solicitation. The following provisions and , or clauses applies to this acquisition: FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.247-34 F.O.B. Destina tion, DFARS 252.204-7004 ALT A Central Contractor Registration. The following local clauses apply to this solicitation: Foreign Visitors , Employees, Location of Dugway Proving Ground, Normal Work Hours, Contractor Access to DPG, and OSHA Standards. Quotes are due no late r than 1000 A.M. ;local prevailing time This requirement is subject to the availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of One Each; 80 Foot Articulating Boom Li ft. The articulating boom lift system must meet or exceed the listed specifications. The system will be inspected in accordance with the specification check list. The inspection will be conducted by personnel from the Joint Test Facilities Branch at Dug way Proving Ground Utah. This Procurement is FOB Destination. Quantity is as follows: One Each ;1 EA. The Federal Supply Class ;FSC: is: 3810. The Standard Industrial Classification ;SIC: is 3531. North American Industrial Classification Standard ;NAICS: is 333923 ;500 employees. The following is the required specification list and inspection check list: a- Reach specification must meet or exceed a platform reach height of ;80 feet, and a horizontal reach of ;51 feet. b- Chassis & Power Source Specific ations must meet or exceed, a 65 hp diesel engine, with a 4 wheel drive system. c- Standard Features and/or Accessories required must meet or exceed the following: 1- 36INCH X 96 inch platform; 2- Oscillating axle; 3- 12V-DC auxiliary power; 40 Proportio nal Controls; 5- Operator tool tray; 6- Platform Console Machine status light panel; 7- Fuel gauge; 8- 180 Degree hydraulic platform rotator; 9- 6 foot articulating Jib; 10- Inward swing gate; 11- 110V-AC receptacle in the platform; 12- Hourmeter; 13- Hyd rostatic drive; 14- 5 Degree tilt/indicator light; 15- All motion alarm; 16- Lifting/tie down lugs; 17- Engine distress warning; 18- 7500 Watt generator; 19- ? inch air line to platform; 20- Power cable to platform; 21- A 9CFM onboard air compressor; 22- H ead and tail lights, and platform work lights; and 23- A pipe rack with a minimum of 180 lbs capacity mounted to the platform.
