- It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This agency intends to award to DH Instruments, Inc., 4765 East Beautiful Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85044. 6 MXS requires the repair of a PPC2A/AF calibrator; the following items are required: - Part number: 807008, low range transduer, QTY 1 ea. - Programing of calibration factors into the unit and calibration of the repaired range. A contract for the repair of the PPC2A/AF calibrator will be awarded to DH Instruments, Inc following no response back to this notice of intent. The repair of the PPC2A/AF calibrator must also include the programing and calibration of the repaired range. The procedure for programming the transducer into the unit is proprietary information and can only be performed by said company. Market research was conducted for the purchase of this repai and DH Instruments, Inc is the only contractor found able to supply this item as we require. If no response to this notice is received by 3:00pm EST on Thursday, May 24, 2007, the award for this repair of a PPC2A/AF calibrator will be made to DH Instruments, Inc.
