- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside is applicable to this acquisition. The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the acquisition of the following items: -One (1) EA nCipher Hardware Security Module (HSM) 1-year Platinum Maintenance Renewal; required delivery: 01 Aug 2007 - 01 Aug 2008. -Twenty (20) EA nCipher 10-pk Smart Cards; required delivery 30 days ARO. -Two (2) EA nCipher nShield Hardware Security Module (HSM) plus 1-year Platinum Maintenance. Required delivery: 30 days ARO. Brand name required. The Government will no longer accept nor process hard copies of invoices/receiving reports. These documents must be generated electronically via the Wide Area Work Flow-Receipts and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). All packages and shipping papers shall be marked with the order number to permit effective processing and timely payment. To be eligible for award, you must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet @www.ccr.gov. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Offers may be faxed to Ms. Marian Carter, FAX 210-977-3444 or e-mailed to marian.carter.ctr@lackland.af.mil. All required information must be received on or before 05 June 2007, 1500 CST. Note 1 applies.
