Description
The date for receipt of offers has been extended to 6 June 2007. ...................... The solicitation has been posted to the fedbizopps web site. Note past performance information is requested to be in the contracting office on 1 Jun 2007.,.............................The attachemnetspurchase description, 1423s 1664 warranty statement have already been posted at thsi site. .............. The requirement is for the purchase of a Flow Transfer Standard. The proposed item must meet the requirements of AFMETCAL Purchase Description 1M06-0608-36A-FL Rev 3 dated 13 Jun 2006. The instrument described in the purchase description shall be a liquid flow calibration system that consist of all hardware and electronics to display the liquid volumtetric amd mass flow rate generated by jet engine test stands and other test equipment. AFMETCAL intends to award a commercial requirements contract utilizing Best Value full trade off source selection procedures under Far part 12. The contract will be valid for 5 years, a basic year and 4 additional ordering year periods. The anticipated quantity is 25 each in fy 07, 24 each in fy 08 and 20 each in fy 09. quantity range of 1-75 each . Data in accordance DD1423 TM8601 including operation, maintenance with Illistrated parts breakdown, calibration manuals and a five?year warranty is required with each unit. These units will be shipped to AFMETCAL Det1 in Heath OH. FOB destination is required. Delivery shall be 1 First production unit due 180 days after award. First production testing will be required before any other orders can be shipped. All units will under go acceptance testing at AFMETCAL. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued approximately 21 Feb 2007 with a due date of---. Technical proposals and past performance information will be required. Technical proposals will be based on the evaluation criteria that will be stated in the solicitation. The purchase description and data requierements will be posted within the week. The solicitation package will be posted at this site in approx 2 weeks. Past performance information will be required 1 week before closing of solicitation.
