Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron on Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to International Automated Systems Inc. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to add a 1 Year maintenance agreement for the Vertical Fuel Tank Storage System. International Automated Systems Inc. is the manufacturer of this equipment and any other maintenance agreement would void the warranty. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 1U.S.C. 2304(c) 1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
