- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for professional unarmed security guard services at the new VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at the Old Army Reserve Building, Pago Pago, Samoa 96799. The company must provide one (1) unarmed security guard from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561612. The size standard for this NAICS code is $11.5 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year with four (4) option years, if exercised. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and THE SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The approximate solicitation release date is on or about May 25, 2007. The solicitation will be available solely through FedBizOpps.  The RFP will be issued under solicitation number VA-261-07-RP-0078. The solicitation and any related documents for this procurement will be made available to interested parties through electronic media for downloading via the internet at Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties must have a Dun and Bradstreet Number, Federal Identification Number (FID), be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and registered in the Veteran Information Pages in VETBIZ.GOV.
