Description: The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to a question submitted: The due date for quotations, 3:30 p.m. EST on June 1, 2007, remains unchanged. QUESTION 1: Would there be any consideration to the addition of third party software for the display, analysis, and management requirement? RESPONSE: Third party software will not be excluded from consideration, but if proposed, must be described adequately to allow assessment of all capabilities and guaranteed to operate seamlessly in the system.
