- This project involves construction of a Class C or high hazard structure (Floodwater Retarding Structure No. 3) in the City of McKee, Kentucky, Jackson County. This project consists of an earthfill dam, auxiliary spillway, and reinforced concrete principal spillway conduit and appurtenances.
