- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON THE FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FEDBIZOPPS) WEBSITE (fbo.gov) IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The Forest Service proposes to contract for technical forestry services to conduct the field phase of a plantation stocking exam project. The stocking exam will provide the Government with natural resource information for plantations at an intensity required for management decisions. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct stand examinations in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. The project is located on the Idaho City Ranger District on the Boise National Forest. The estimated start work date is August 1, 2007 with completion date as October 16, 2007. NAICS code: 115310.
