- This synopsis is for NSN: 9150-01-514-3640? Oil, Air Filter. Unit container (CO) contains 5 gallons. This NSN is in accordance with the following approved source/part numbers (P/N): K&N Engineering, Inc. CAGE 0N0N0; P/N: 99-0555. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with EPA with one base year plus two option years. Solicitation will not contain progress payments. There are no Surge & Sustainment requirements for this NSN. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 336 CO for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 84 CO. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 672 CO for the base and option years. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 84 CO / 168 CO. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted under the procedures of Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a commercial item. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. DLA-Direct delivery will be to Richmond, VA (SRG) & Tracy, CA (AQ5). This item is not a critical application item. This item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. Quantity Variance is plus 5% or minus 5%. Required delivery is 136 days ARO. Note: Distribution Planning & Management System (DPMS) will be incorporated into this solicitation. Synopsis on Fed Biz Ops will occur on May 21, 2007. The solicitation will be issued on a June 5, 2007 with a closing date of July 5, 2007.
