- The Defense Logistics Agency, Enterprise Support Office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.. The purpose of this procurement is to provide Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) with a quantity of 580 hours of Vignette Professional Services for the Agency?s urgent and compelling requirement. This notice is to inform the public that DLA-DES-A (Contracting Services Office) intends to limit competition due to unusual and compelling urgency under FAR 6.302-2. Certified and responsible resellers of Vignette Professional Services are invited to submit a quotation which shall be considered by DLA. All responses must be received within 1 calendar day of the date of this announcement to be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing.
