- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Offer Due Date and Local time. The solicitation is extended and the offer must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: 1 - By completing Items 8 and 15 and returning 1 copy of the amendment after obtaining a copy from the USPFO for Nevada P & C Office, Cheryl Fitch 775-887-7865, 2 - by acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of offer submi tted or 3 - by a separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RE SULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. If by virtue of this amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by telegram or letter, provided each telegram or letter makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment, and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified. The following information has been amended and shall read as follows: A. Change Block 8, Offer Due Date/Local Time from 4:00pm, 14 May 2007, to read: 4:00pm, 23 May 2007. B. This change has been accomplished to reflect an adequate time frame to allow for all reasonable quotations be submitted. C. No other changes are authorized unless processed through the NVARNG Contracting Officer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAY-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
