Changes have been made to the following sections: Section C-1.4, C-3.3 and C-3.4, Section H-3 and H-32 Clause I.38 Section J, Appendix E Additionally, Section L.8 has been modified to reflect a new proposal due date of June 6, 2007. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAY-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
