- This amendment to Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) HQ0034-06-BAA-0002-ONA is issued to CHANGE THE ADDRESS FOR PROPOSAL DELIVERY. Section V. APPLICATION PROCEDURES: The following statements are DELETED: Send proposals to OSD/Net Assessment, Attn: Rebecca Bash, 1920 Defense Pentagon, Room 3E1074, Washington, DC 20301-1920. Hand delivered proposals (to include courier delivery without access to the building) will not be accepted. Due to the difficulties in receiving regular mail, companies are encouraged to use US postal service overnight or a delivery service with delivery access inside the Pentagon. The following statement is ADDED: SEND OR DELIVER PROPOSALS TO: Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition & Procurement Office Attn: Karen Rooney, Contracting Officer 1401 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 401 Rosslyn, VA 22209 Hand-delivered proposals will be accepted. The due date and time for proposal submission remain unchanged.
