- This amendment to Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) HQ0034-06-BAA-0002-ONA is issued to provide clarifications based on questions received. 1. Eligibility Information. The following statement is added. This BAA is open to participation from all offerors capable of satisfying the Government?s needs, including educational or other nonprofit institutions. 2. Format. The following clarification is provided. Number of pages: no more than 30 pages per Area of Interest. The 30 page limitation pertains to the Technical proposal. 3. Application and Submission Information The following statement is added: NOTE: To Offerors Submitting Proposals for Multiple Areas of Interest (AOI). The Government has the right to accept one, some, none or all proposals submitted in response to this BAA. Therefore, each response to an AOI must be represented by a stand-alone proposal (technical and cost). In addition to the required stand-alone pricing, contractors may submit pricing arrangements that include multiple AOIs. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-NOV-2006).
